This is the first thing that occurs from our testing when pushing the limits from when we set the World Record in our GR Yaris running a 10.5 @ 131mph to then setting the GR Yaris record around Sydney Motorsport Park at the 2022 World Time Attack Challenge with a 1.36.8
We are the first to develop and put into production an aftermarket head stud solution by taking our own measurements to ensure the studs are of the correct length so that they bottom out on the block, the factory bolts do not.
These H11 tool steel headstuds are manufactured specifically for us and are much stronger than the typical 8740 chromoly and H13 tool steel and yields a tensile strength of 260,000 psi.

Beware of immitations!
- The dogpoint feature seats the stud in the blockand preloads the fastener for a more accurate and repeatable torque sequence. When it comes to headstud performance properly torquing the studs is paramount and we have made every effort to ensure torque precision and repeatability.
- Hex broach feature on the stud allows for easy installation.
- H11 Tool steel material not only for the studs but the washers and nuts are also of the same material.
