Ferrea Competiton Plus VW 1.8T 20v intake valve

Ferrea Competition Plus Valves are specially designed for use in racing engines that are subjected to extreme exhaust temperatures with turbo, nitrous or supercharger. These valves are made of forged stainless steel. "FLO" valves are straight stem valves. "Super-FLO" valves (aka under-cut or neck down) feature reduced stem diameter in the port area. This increases flow over the straight stem FLO valves considerably, yet with no effect on reliability. The Super-FLO valves are compressed with special rollers, maintaining and compacting the grain flow in the material. Material is not removed in this process so the valve remains with high strength.
