MaxxECU 2332 Adapter plate N54 N55 S55 to 8HP70 N57

Note: S55 engines require a hole to be drilled to get access to the torque converter bolts, preferably in the starter area.

Adapter kit to fit a BMW 8HP70 N57 gearbox to a BMW N54 / N55 / S55 engine.

To be used with the OEM N55 flexplate, with the adapter the N57 gearbox will reach the same length and torque converter position as the 6HP gearbox. A N55 8HP torque converter can be installed in the N57 gearbox and will be a direct bolt-on to the N55 flexplate.
If you want to use the N57 torque converter a new bolt pattern needs to be added into the N57 torque converter.

Adapter plate thickness is 17mm.
