Communication quality and response speed - 5/5 Time from order to delivery - 5/5 Packaging - 3/5 The plain carton box was a bit underwhelming so if there's one thing I would change it would be that. Additionally the picture of the item had a different box, so either remove it from the picture altogether or send out items in the same kind of packaging.
